Patrick Hughes,
Chief Executive Officer & President
Patrick has led the Company since he co-founded Reverse Ionizer and is a long-established pioneer, entrepreneur, and co-inventor of more than 40 pending or issued U.S. patents.  Pat co-created the original software engine for the multibillion-dollar online fantasy sports industry and sold the business to a division of News Corporation. His software games and books are part of the Pro Football & Major League Baseball Hall of Fame collections. Pat has prior award-winning sales experience with Pitney Bowes and twice with IBM for their PBX and XIV product launches. Pat is also the co-founder of the Give Life Foundation, which raises awareness for blood, tissue, and organ donation.

Christopher Burch,
Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President
Christopher is a co-founder who had previously held executive-level management positions in several private and public firms in which he has helped raise funds, expand operations and executed exit strategies for the equity holders. A one-time federal bank regulator, Chris has also previously led a leveraged buyout of a large mid-Atlantic medical services company.

Desmond Fraser,
Chief Technology Advisor
Desmond leads the R&D effort for Reverse Ionizer. An electrical engineer with 35 years of design experience in electromagnetics and plasma engineering, Desmond founded Rhein Tech Laboratories, Inc., an electromagnetic engineering and systems hardware design company, more than 30 years ago. Desmond and his Rhein Tech engineers have made significant contributions to the development of RI's patented technology.

Brian R. Morris,
Chief Operating Officer & VP of Business Development
Brian is an entrepreneur who has started a number of successful businesses including two clean tech energy companies, leading finance and business operations. Brian also co-founded an international trading & investment company and has held positions of COO and CFO at several private companies. Brian was also with E&Y's International Management Consulting Group.

Wade Hardy,
Chief Strategy Officer
Wade is a retired partner of Ernst & Young LLC.  He served several roles including Director of Valuation in the Former Soviet Union, Washington D.C., and as Managing Partner of the Atlanta Valuation Practice.  He retired as the National Director of Business Valuation for EY in the U.S.

Keith Dines
is a data center expert with over 30 years of experience, most recently serving as Senior Leader of Data Center Site Selection, Leasing and Construction Management at Nvidia. He played a key role in developing Nvidia's liquid cooling infrastructure for AI and machine learning platforms. Previously, he held development roles at Digital Realty Trust, Aligned Data Centers, and The Cambay Group. Dines holds degrees in Building Sciences, Architecture, and Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University.
